mynewhair is a pioneering charity which trains hair dressers in the art of styling wigs for those who have experienced medical hair loss – including those undergoing chemotherapy or suffering from alopecia. Founded and inspired by professional stylist Trevor Sorbie MBE.
Elizabeth Smith first became interested in hairloss when her big sister was diagnosed with breast cancer, subsequently losing her hair from chemotherapy treatment.
So when she heard of Trevors charity she was keen to offer this service herself.
She trained with Trevor back in 2009 and has personalised many a new hair piece.
